Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 25, 2026
Aiir Agency, LLC (“AIIR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the AIIR services, which include our websites and related social media pages (collectively, the “Services”).
We respect the privacy of users of the Services. This Privacy Policy supplements our Terms of Use and explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information (defined below) and Anonymous Information (defined below).
Please review this Privacy Policy carefully. By using or accessing the Services, signing up for newsletters, subscribing to podcasts, and/or communicating with us, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, or Mexico, please see the terms specific to your jurisdiction below, as these sections give you additional rights on top of the rest of this policy.
1. USER CONSENT / LEGAL BASIS
“Personal Information” is information that is personally identifiable to you, such as your name, address, and email address, and other non-public information associated with the foregoing. “Anonymous Information” is information that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information and does not allow the identification of individual persons.
When you submit Personal Information through the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and expressly consent to the treatment of your Personal Information described here.
Other legal bases for collecting Personal Information include: (i) performance of a contract or requested service; or (ii) our or another party’s legitimate interests, where not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. In some cases we may have a legal obligation to collect certain Personal Information. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time as described in the jurisdiction-specific sections below.
If you are located outside the United States, you understand and agree that we may (i) collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process your Personal Information even though you are located outside the United States, and (ii) store and process your Personal Information on servers and systems located within the United States.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTED
We collect Personal Information that you submit directly through the Services, and through passive technologies integrated into the Services, including via third parties.
You may directly submit information when you fill out a contact form or otherwise interact with us. This can include:
- Name, email address, zip/postal code, physical location information, and contact information.
- Information you choose to provide, including age, gender, race/ethnicity, job title and role, industry, and employer information.
Race, ethnicity, and similarly sensitive categories are treated as “Sensitive Personal Information” under applicable state law. See Sections 8 and 9 for the additional rights that apply to that data.
The Services also passively collect certain Personal Information and Anonymous Information, including through cookies, pixel tags, SDKs, and similar technologies (including from third parties). This can include:
- Device information: device model, operating system, browser type, unique device identifier, IP address, mobile phone number, mobile network carrier, and location (including application installations).
- Contact information: name, email, LinkedIn profile, and company name.
See Section 5 for details on cookies, tracking technologies, and how to control them.
3. USE OF INFORMATION
We may use your Personal Information to:
- Deliver the Services.
- Fulfill or respond to your inquiries.
- Address administrative needs and communications.
- Improve the Services.
- Contact you for internal business purposes or marketing. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our communications.
- Provide notice of changes and upgrades to the Services.
We may use manual and automated systems, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, to analyze Personal Information and Anonymous Information, personalize your experience, automate aspects of the Services, aggregate and anonymize information, provide certain features, and protect the safety and security of the Services. We do not use automated decision-making to produce legal or similarly significant effects about you (for example, decisions about eligibility for a service, pricing, or employment) without human involvement.
We use Anonymous Information, such as pages you have viewed, to analyze usage patterns, improve our products and services, enhance the user experience, and gather aggregate demographic information.
4. INFORMATION SHARING
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your Personal Information with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we will not disclose your financial information, in each case unless you request or authorize it, subject to the categories of sharing described below, some of which may be treated as a “sale” or “share” under certain state privacy laws even without a monetary exchange.
We may disclose Personal Information to our corporate subsidiaries or affiliated entities operating under our internal processes and policies. Any Personal Information shared with them is treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may share Personal Information with third-party vendors who help us provide the Services, for example, email delivery, data hosting, customer relationship management, and data analytics providers. You expressly consent to this sharing for the sole purpose of providing our products and services to you (not applicable to Canadian consumers). These providers are contractually obligated to keep Personal Information confidential and to implement appropriate security measures, and are prohibited from selling it or using it outside the services they perform for us.
We may provide third parties with Aggregate Information – non-personal, aggregated information that does not identify you and is combined with other users’ data (for example, “50% of our users live in the USA”). We may charge for Aggregate Information and do not limit third parties’ use of it. Where we disclose information as de-identified or aggregate data, we commit to maintaining it in a form that cannot reasonably identify you, to not attempting to re-identify it, and to contractually requiring the same of any recipient, as required by applicable law.
We may disclose Anonymous Information to third parties that promote our products and services.
5. COOKIES, TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES & YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies, including third-party analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, to understand how the Services are used and to measure the performance of our content and communications. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you view, and may share that information with the companies that provide them. Because these tools support analytics and advertising, this activity may be considered a “sale” or “share” of Personal Information under certain state privacy laws, even though no money changes hands. See Sections 8 and 9 for your rights to opt out of this activity.
Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser settings to block them; you can find general guidance at www.allaboutcookies.org. If you disable cookies, most areas of the Services will still work, but some features may not function properly.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required by applicable state law, we recognize the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information from the browser or device sending the signal. Other “Do Not Track” signals are not currently recognized by the Services.
Your Privacy Choices. To submit a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of Personal Information, correct or delete your information, or exercise another right described in Sections 8 or 9, email contact@aiir.agency.
6. OPT-OUT OF MARKETING EMAILS OR NEWSLETTERS
You may opt out of promotional communications or newsletters at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communication.
7. INFORMATION SECURITY, RETENTION, AND DE-IDENTIFIED DATA
We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical measures designed to protect your information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No transmission over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you provide, and you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the circumvention of privacy settings or security measures we provide.
We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy — generally, for as long as your account or subscription is active, plus the period needed to satisfy the business or legal purpose for which it was collected (for example, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements) — whichever is longer, unless a shorter period is required by law or you exercise a deletion right described below.
8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California “Shine the Light.” Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may request (a) the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed Personal Information for their direct marketing purposes in the prior year, and (b) the categories of Personal Information disclosed. Email contact@aiir.agency to request this.
Minors’ Content Removal. California residents under 18 who are registered users may request removal of content or information they posted, by emailing contact@aiir.agency with a description of the content to be removed. Applicable law may not permit complete or comprehensive removal in all cases.
California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. If you are a California consumer, you have the right to:
- Know/Access: what specific pieces and categories of Personal Information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom it was disclosed or, if applicable, sold/shared.
- Correct inaccurate Personal Information we hold about you.
- Delete Personal Information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your Personal Information. AIIR does not sell Personal Information for money; see Section 5 for how to submit an opt-out if any sharing described in Section 4 or 5 applies to you.
- Limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information (such as race or ethnicity, where you choose to provide it) to purposes necessary to provide the Services.
- Non-discrimination: we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
- Appeal a denied request by replying to our response or emailing contact@aiir.agency.
To exercise these rights, email contact@aiir.agency. We will verify your request using the information reasonably available to us (typically by matching the email or account details you provide) before responding, and we look back 12 months from the request unless a longer period is required or permitted. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with signed permission or a power of attorney; we may still require you to verify your own identity or confirm the agent’s authority directly with us.
9. OTHER U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
A number of other states — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Florida, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island — have their own comprehensive privacy laws. If you are a resident of one of these states and the law applies to AIIR, you generally have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your Personal Information, and access it.
- Correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information.
- Delete Personal Information we hold about you.
- Obtain a portable copy of the Personal Information you provided to us.
- Opt out of the processing of your Personal Information for targeted advertising, the sale of Personal Information, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
- Appeal our decision on a request, where the applicable state law provides for an appeal.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To submit a request, email contact@aiir.agency; we may need to verify your identity before responding. Where a state requires it, we recognize the Global Privacy Control signal described in Section 5 as a valid opt-out of targeted advertising and the sale of Personal Information.
10. USERS IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA), UNITED KINGDOM, AND SWITZERLAND
Legal Basis. Our legal basis for collecting and using your Personal Information is your consent; performance of a contract or requested service (including providing our newsletter); or our or another party’s legitimate interests, where not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. In some cases we may have a legal obligation to collect certain Personal Information. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
International Transfers. Your Personal Information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. AIIR has not self-certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (or its UK and Swiss extensions), so we do not rely on that adequacy decision for these transfers. Instead, where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (and, where applicable, the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum) as the legal safeguard for transferring your Personal Information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States. These clauses contractually require recipients of your Personal Information to protect it to a standard consistent with EEA, UK, and Swiss data protection law.
Your Rights. If you are a resident of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to: find out whether we use your Personal Information, access it, and receive copies of it; withdraw consent at any time without penalty; have inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information corrected; obtain a portable copy of Personal Information processed based on your consent; request that we restrict processing pending investigation of an accuracy or objection claim; and request deletion or restriction of your Personal Information in certain circumstances, including when you withdraw consent and we have no other legal basis to continue processing.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, or processing carried out on another lawful basis.
Where we ask you to provide Personal Information to comply with a legal requirement or to enter into a contract, we will tell you whether it is required and the consequences of not providing it. Where we rely on legitimate interests not already described above, we will tell you what those interests are.
To exercise these rights, email contact@aiir.agency. If you are not satisfied with our response, or believe we are processing your Personal Information unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your EEA member state, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, or the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, as applicable.
11. USERS IN CANADA
If you reside in Canada, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law give you the right to access your Personal Information and request correction of it, subject to limited exceptions.
You may withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue providing you with Services that depend on that Personal Information.
To exercise these rights, email contact@aiir.agency.
12. USERS IN MEXICO
If you reside in Mexico, the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) gives you ARCO rights: to Access the Personal Information we hold about you, Rectify it if inaccurate or incomplete, Cancel it (request deletion) where appropriate, and Object to certain uses of it.
To exercise these rights, email contact@aiir.agency with your request and enough information for us to verify your identity.
13. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION
The Services are not intended for children under 13 in the U.S. or UK, under 18 in Mexico, or under 16 elsewhere, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under these ages. If you are under 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), you need a parent or legal guardian’s consent to use the Services and provide Personal Information to us. We do not currently use an age-verification mechanism. If we learn that a child has submitted Personal Information to us, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. Contact us at contact@aiir.agency if you believe this has occurred.
14. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The Services may link to third-party websites operated by our business partners, contact-management services, and other providers. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. A link does not indicate our endorsement of the linked site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those outside websites.
15. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the revised version here and updating the “Last Updated” date above. If we make a significant change, we will notify you when required by law.
